We are saddened to announce that our partner, Mark S. Shipman, Esq., passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 85. Mark was an outstanding advocate, valued colleague, and wise counselor to his many clients. He had a brilliant mind and a great sense of humor, and he enriched the lives of many whom he mentored during his 60 years at the bar. He will be missed by his partners, family, friends, clients and colleagues.
