As you may know, the statutory deadline to file an application with the Board of Assessment Appeals is February 20th. Some municipalities may seek an extension to publish their grand lists which, in turn, extends the deadline for property owners to file the application to March 20th.

179 unit residential apartment complex in Middletown, Connecticut. $533,660 reduction of fair market value ($11,133,660 to $10,600,000)
13,225 square foot retail pharmacy in Brooklyn, Connecticut. $495,900 reduction of fair market value ($2,995,900 to $2,500,000)
